**Terms and Conditions**
We are committed to replacing or repairing any component of furniture that is identified as defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, without any additional charge, within one year from the date of purchase. We request that customers conduct a thorough inspection of their products upon delivery and report any damages to our Customer Services team within five working days. Our standard terms and conditions shall apply.
**Scope of Coverage and Required Actions:**
- All items are subject to a one-year guarantee.
- Upon receipt of your delivery, please ensure a meticulous examination of all items. Any damages should be reported to our Customer Services team at the earliest opportunity. You may also contact your service provider for assistance.
- To support your claim, we will require photographic documentation of the defect.
- In certain circumstances, we may engage a qualified furniture technician to evaluate the issue. The inspector's decision will be deemed final.
- We will strive to replace the item with an identical product; however, alternative solutions may be offered in instances of product failure or stock unavailability.
- If a repair or replacement is impracticable, we will provide you with the option to select a comparable product. Please be advised that this guarantee is non-transferable and solely applicable to the original purchaser within the UK mainland. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.
**Exclusions from Coverage:**
- Accidental damage, including but not limited to water damage, heat marks, tears, rips, dents, chips, burns, scratches, scuffs, and broken glass.
- Damage sustained while the furniture is in storage or transit.
- Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, abuse, neglect, violence, or vandalism. - Intentional damage caused by any individual, including minors.
- Stains resulting from perspiration, hair and/or bodily oils.
- Damage arising from fire, fibre degradation, smoke, ash, flooding, strong winds, lightning, sunlight exposure, oxidation, or any other natural disaster.
- Colour fading or alterations due to normal use or wear and tear.
- Damage caused by insects, non-domestic animals, or wild birds.
- Utilisation of the furniture in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer's intended design.
**Change/Cancellation of Order**
For items returned post-delivery, a refund will be processed at the item's individual price, minus a 35% repacking and restocking fee. It is important to note that certain items cannot be returned once installed. Amendments made to orders fewer than five days following the final confirmation may necessitate a delay in your scheduled delivery date. In cases where a delivered item does not fit and a smaller replacement is required, a redelivery charge of £99 + VAT will be applicable, along with any increase in the cost of the alternative item. If our delivery occurs while ongoing works are still being conducted on-site, we may be unable to properly assemble, install, or position the items in their designated locations. Please be aware that any warranties may be rendered void as we cannot be held accountable for the actions of others during the installation process. Should our installation team arrive and find the property not ready for delivery, a rescheduling fee of £300 + VAT will be incurred, as we will have lost the use of our vehicle and team for the day. Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and does not apply in cases of misuse by tenants. Additionally, please note that some accessories may differ from their descriptions and images.
