**Where do you offer delivery?** 
We provide delivery services within London and the surrounding M25 area. 

**What are the costs associated with delivery and installation?** 
All of our packages include complimentary delivery, assembly, and installation within a 30-mile radius of London. For deliveries beyond this radius, charges will be determined based on the value of the order and the delivery location. 

**How can I ensure that all items in a package will fit within my property?** 
We request that our customers submit their property floor plans to us, allowing us to confirm that the selected items will appropriately fit within the designated space. Customers are welcome to provide these plans prior to placing an order. Should any items within your chosen package be deemed unsuitable in terms of fit, we will offer a selection of alternative options. 

**How can I place an order?**

**What are the payment options?** 
Our payment policy requires 100% payment in advance. Payments can be made via bank transfer. 

**Key Collection/Drop-off** 
If your presence is not feasible, we can coordinate directly with your agent, concierge, sales office, or any other authorised individual to gain access to your property. Our service includes unpacking all items, removing packaging materials, installing the furniture, performing a thorough clean-up, and returning keys as per your instructions—all at no additional charge. 

**Furniture Removal** 
Should it be pre-arranged, we are able to remove old items from your premises. Please note that a fee will apply, determined by the size and number of items to be removed.  

**What is the duration of the guarantee?** 
All of our packages are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year, provided they are used in a reasonable residential context. If any item is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will arrange for a replacement. Should any issues arise within the warranty period, we request that you notify us in writing, accompanied by a description and photographs of the defect. We may need to inspect the item prior to approving its return as faulty to ensure there is no suspicion of intentional damage.
